Inspired by the visual and thematic style from the noir aesthetic of the 1940's to 1950's, this collection of templates are defined by their moody, high-contrast lighting with deep shadows and use of a (mainly) monochromatic color palette.

The KW Noir Collection pushed the boundaries of the modern real estate sign, while maintaining functionality with modern day technologies. The bold minimalist designs, fonts, and unique layouts evoke feelings of oneiric, strange, erotic, and ambivalent thematic elements. A combination of elegance and decay fused with modern day functionality and technology.

Each design was branded across multiple sizes and various products creating a full range of branding opportunities, and generated an increased engagement rate across all associated channels.
